Lorrel was founded by Telicia Bunch and named in honor of her grandmother, Lorrel Bunch, the woman who first taught her that clothing is power.
The brand’s logo is her grandmother’s signature, a symbol of legacy, elegance, and intention. Grandma Lorrel’s stylish, resourceful approach to dressing inspired a modern evolution of the capsule wardrobe — not built on basics, but on fashion-forward silhouettes designed to mix, layer, and transform.
Lorrel revitalizes the capsule wardrobe through its signature Build Upon Wardrobing™ philosophy: a system of versatile, multi-wear pieces that allow women to create multiple outfits from fewer garments.
Our Founder, Telicia Bunch, has worked in the fashion industry for over 25 years with major brands, leading Technical Design teams, overseeing fit and production. Throughout her career, she kept hearing the same frustration from women: Standing in front of closets full of clothes, trying to decide what to wear to an important meeting — and the cocktail event after — and saying, “I have nothing to wear.” It wasn’t a lack of clothing. It was a lack of cohesion. So she created Lorrel.
Through Build Upon Wardrobing™, Lorrel offers a modern evolution of the capsule wardrobe — fashion-forward pieces intentionally designed to mix, layer, and transform, allowing women to create multiple looks from fewer garments.
